The new moon in Scorpio takes place in the late evening on October 27th at four degrees. The sun and moon will be opposed by Uranus at four degrees Taurus. That’s taut!
People want to know what’s going to happen to them under new and full moons. In this case, with Uranus so strongly involved, it’s entirely unpredictable.

That’s a perfect example of this. This is not like a hurricane which can be tracked. Uranus strikes and when and where, nobody knows.
Scorpio is associated with death. Mashed with Uranus, the first thing that comes to mind is sudden, unexpected, death. However, that interpretation does not even begin to cover it.
Uranus liberates and these are Fixed signs we’re talking about. It’s possible you break free of some kind obsession that’s “killing” you. You can have have a psychological breakthrough. You can also have psychological breakdown, but often enough this is what leads a person to therapy which ultimately heals them.
We’re also talking about signs ruled by Venus and Mars. Partnerships may be disrupted but the effect may be positive. Have you ever fallen away from a friendship, then at some point in time you return? You may have thought the relationship was cooked. Apparently not. You realize this when the bond is reestablished.
You’re not likely to be bored under this new moon. This is especially true if you have planets in the early degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius). The new moon will be followed by what I feel will be a highly productive Mercury retrograde period. See – Other People’s Candy.

New Moon in the 1st house – Personal power; you’re in charge. Leader. Also, the overthrow of a self-obsessed leader.
New Moon in the 2nd house – Stock market, other people’s money, change in the level of your self-esteem. S
New Moon in the 3rd house – Bond with neighbors or siblings. Deep conversation. Possible disturbing news.
New Moon in the 4th house – Family loyalty. Disruption at home (broken pipes, etc.). Also, hunkering down. Pull your horns in.
New Moon in the 5th house – Feeding a child via the root. Possible experimentation with taboo, casual sex.
New Moon in the 6th house – Powerful presence at work. Possible power struggle. Also, sudden change in health or diet. Breakthrough pain (sorry).
New Moon in the 7th house – Relationship turnarounds or reversals. Also loyalty to partner, when it’s least expected… or the opposite of that. The non-cheater, cheats. Divorce, but also stopping a divorce.
New Moon in the 8th house – Contact with your deepest self. What’s unconscious is revealed. Ending (or beginning) therapy.
New Moon in the 9th house – Broadcast power. Travel for healing. Transformation of beliefs.
New Moon the 10th house – Powerful authority… and potential to fall from grace. Picture a statue of a dictator being torn down.
New Moon in the 11th house – Loyalty among friends… or unexpected upset of same. Manipulation of groups of individuals.
New Moon in the 12th house – Empowered by the ethereal in ways you’d never expect.
